(TIP: press your fingertips down & push the ground away)
▪️2. HINGE TO CROSS PULL
(TIP: try to keep your hips and torso steady)
▪️3. DEEP LUNGE KNEE UP
(TIP: move slowly & try to keep your balance)
▪️4. TENSION ROCK BACK & TUCK
(TIP: try to keep your body in a tight dish position and initiate the movement from your shoulders. L&R=1)
These moments will really challenge your coordination, balance & core strength. Keep your technique neat, it you feel your form slipping, stop, rest, then reset & complete your reps 👌🏼 #advancedworkout #athleticworkout
