Bored with plain old bent over rows? Here are 3 ways to mix them up!

1. Perform a negative: negatives mean slowing down the eccentric portion of the rep. Meaning when the muscle is being lengthened versus concentric when the muscles are shortening. Incorporating negatives can really improve your strength and control.
2. Perform a pulse (or quarter rep). This is a great way to get a little more out of your reps. Make sure you are controlling the movement. This is not a bounce. It’s a controlled movement.
3. ABC method. Pausing for a couple of seconds and the top, middle and bottom of each rep. This can also improve your strength. Being able to control and hold the weight at each of these points is 🔥.
