We’re making ✨Matcha Mocktails✨

Recipe ( 1 glass)

⁃ 1 tsp @nekohama matcha + 100ml water
⁃ 0.75 oz @amass.botanics Riverine (non alcoholic spirit)
⁃ 1/2 glass @topochicousa or sparkling water
⁃ 2 stalks fresh mint
⁃ 6 thin slices cucumber
⁃ 1 tbsp maple syrup
⁃ 1/4 cup freeze dried raspberries or strawberries
⁃ handful of ice cubes
⁃ juice of 1/2 lime

1. Muddle dried raspberry finely until it has a dust texture
2. Rub half a lime on to rim of the glass. Slowly dip glass in raspberry dust so it creates a beautiful rim
3. Muddle 1 stalk fresh mint to enhance the flavor
4. In a matcha bowl whisk matcha powder with a splash of warm water and whisk until frothy. Add about 1/4 cup cold water.
5. Add ice cubes to a glass, add sliced cucumber and fresh mint.
6. Add Amass Riverine spirit, @nekohama Matcha and top with sparkling water.
7. Squeeze half a lime and add maple syrup and stir.
8. Top with fresh mint and your mocktail is ready!
