What are your top 3 leg exercises?! Here are 3 booty and hamstring exercises you should try if you haven’t yet!
1. Can be done with our without weight. Think of pushing into the pad with your hips as you would a hip thrust. Do not lock out your knee
2. Slight press your knee outward as you squeeze your glute and hamstring as your push the bar up
3. Elevate your foot for more range of motion. Control the pulse or quarter rep at the top. Resists the weight pulling your leg down.
