The Florida panther - the last big cat surviving in the eastern United States and the state animal of Florida, has the power to inspire the protection of millions of acres of wild Florida, save working lands, and keep the Everglades out of harm's way from sprawling development that is currently consuming more than 100,000 acres of wildlife habitat every year. Dedicated conservationists are hard at work protecting panthers like Lucy and the spaces they need to survive, but they need your help.
