Here’s what 125g (ish) protein looked like:  ☕️ Black coffee. 🍳 5 egg white omelet with veggies, bacon & potatoes = ABOUT 25g OF PROTEIN. 🧃Through the day I sipped on @livbody Greens & Reds but also split a protein shake with Jason = ABOUT 15g OF PROTEIN. 🐠 Sea-bass ceviche with avocado, lime, onions, cilantro & jalapeños = ABOUT 25g OF PROTEIN. 🥕Veggie tray with carrots, celery and jicama. 🥤Peanut Butter Banana protein smoothie = ABOUT 25g OF PROTEIN. 🐟 For dinner I went simple with a absolutely delicious white fish & veggies = ABOUT 30g OF PROTEIN.  What you do MOST of the time is more important than what you do during a short vacation but eating foods that fuel your body will also make you FEEL your best while on vacation.
