Endurance has been my struggle for years and for the first time I feel like I finally understand something 🔥🔥🔥 - what was the base : I’m a profile with high strength capacity and alright in a 15 moves crux part (you can see that on the 2nd picture) but really struggle to recover from it.  - What was the goal : I focused on leveling up my endurance base (the very last plateau of the 2nd graphic)  - What did I do : I looked at Classic endurance base training for biking (yes biking 😅😅) and I designed a 3 weeks program, twice a week inspired by • a 30/15s = 3 times 13 * 4*35kg and 2*12,5kg  • kind of “gimenez method” = 9 times  4 min at 22,5kg and 1min at 35kg.  Thanks to the smartboard, you can use the science and really adjust the intensity of this training ! the result is absolutely outstanding!!!
