1. 2 . 3… run ! It almost feels like jumping from a cliff.

Hike and fly became part of my weekly training, it gives me a reason to hike and I don’t count hours anymore!
As soon as it s a beautiful take off up in the mountains, I even think it is a great rest day even if I end up hiking more 600 d+.
The autumn colors deliver!
Here is a mix between an hike and fly I did at home in Queyras and a take off from la dent de crolles, north side.
