This stunning remote island area is called the Egadi Islands (or Isole Egadi), located in Trapani, Sicily! I went here specifically to see these islands and fall in love with the town, and then buy a small investment property there. (Yes that is how my mind works) But, after flying, driving, and boating to get there, we had an overcast windy day, and a jellyfish attack the first swim (see previous post), plus exhaustion from traveling nonstop for 4 weeks, and my face turns out like a snarl 😂 I am definitely going back to Trapani though for a re-do of the Egadi Islands, and would highly recommend it for everyone who has Sicily on their bucketlist!
