【𠮷野家ミニチュア再現!】ちび牛丼🐮Tiny Beef Bowl

うまい、やすい、はやい。

今回のちびめしでは、ケンエレファントの「𠮷野家 ミニチュア コレクション」シリーズを使って実際に食べられるちび牛丼を作りました🍚🐮😍
120年の歴史を誇る𠮷野家の人気メニューの再現度に注目👀✨

■材料
お湯 4ml
牛バラ肉 3g
玉ねぎ 1個
生姜 １片分
醤油 大さじ4
酒 大さじ３
砂糖 大さじ３
塩 少々
本だし 小さじ2

■作り方
1. くし切りにした玉ねぎを鍋に入れ、本だしを入れ煮込む。
2. 酒、砂糖、醤油を入れて牛肉入れかき混ぜて、煮込む。
3. ご飯の上の盛り、お好みで紅生姜をトッピング。

Ingredients:
- 4 ml water
- 3 grams thinly sliced beef belly
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of ginger
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sake (rice wine)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons hon-dashi (bonito fish soup stock)

Steps:
1. Place finely chopped onions in a pot and add hon-dashi. Simmer until the onions are soft.
2. Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir in the beef slices and simmer.
3. Serve the beef over rice and optionally top with pickled red ginger to taste. Enjoy!
