I had the honor to have a preview of the event happening in Hiraizumi Town, where guests can indulge in premium local cuisine while enjoying traditional folk art at the historical setting out in nature. As a bonus, I really enjoyed visiting Chuson-ji Temple and Motsu-ji Temple, two of Hiraizumi’s five World Heritage sites. As a big fan of Benkei and Yoshitsune, this place has been sitting long in my to-go list and I’m so glad to have finally checked it off.
