Takoyaki Grill Cheese Balls
Servings: 24
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
INGREDIENTS
150 grams Shiratamako flour
30 grams Sugar
150 milliliters Water
60 grams Pancake mix
24 Mozzarella balls
Canola oil
Coconut powder, to serve
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, add shiratamako flour, sugar and water. Combine it until smooth. Add pancake mix and knead.
2. Split in bite-sized pieces and wrap around the mozzarella balls.
3. Prepare the takoyaki grill by oiling it and warm it up. Place the cheese balls in the grill.
4. Once they start to brown on the bottom, turn them around using a spoon.
5. Sprinkle with coconut powder and Enjoy!
