Flying sit spin technique I live by:

- 90 degree straight pointed free leg swings around
- Full tuck: knees MUST touch together in air
- Full height: jumps fully up to have time to tuck
- Minimal upper body movement: jump from the legs and try to keep your back straight
- Arms stay natural in front of you, not lifting overhead to “help” you jump
- Lands smoothly into sit position centered
