冷凍パイシートの上で潰して包むだけ！簡単じゃがチーズパイ🧀❤️Potato Cheese Pie🥧

じゃがいもとチーズの組み合わせは間違いない！🥔🥧
肌寒い体をぽかぽかにしてくれる、
食べ応えもあって大満足な一品です☃️✨

■材料
冷凍パイシート 1枚
じゃがいも 2個
チーズ 150g
塩 少々
胡椒 少々
卵 適量（艶出し用）
パセリ 適量（トッピング用）

■作り方
1. じゃがいもを茹でる。
2. 解凍したパイシートにじゃがいもを並べて潰す。
3. チーズをのせる。
4. パイシートを軽く引っ張りながらつまむようにして包んだら、ひっくり返して閉じ目を下にする。
5. 表面に溶き卵を塗り、200℃のオーブンで20~30分焼く。

Ingredients:
Frozen puff pastry sheet: 1 sheet
Potatoes: 2
Cheese: 150g
Salt: a pinch
Pepper: a pinch
Egg: as needed (for gloss)
Parsley: as needed (for topping)

Steps:
1. Boil the potatoes.
2. On a thawed puff pastry sheet, arrange and mash the boiled potatoes.
3. Place the cheese on top.
4. Fold the puff pastry over the filling, pulling lightly to seal, then flip it over with the closed side facing down.
5. Brush the surface with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.
