ISE-EBI au Gratin

INGREDIENTS
1 Ise-Ebi (Japanese spiny lobster)
50g onion (sliced)
2 mushrooms (sliced)
30g butter
2 tablespoons flour
400ml milk
60g macaroni
1/3 teaspoon salt
Some black pepper
Some shredded cheese
Some parsley
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Steam the Ise-Ebi in a steamer pot for 20 minutes. Extract the meat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat butter in a pan. Stir onion and mushroom slices.
4. Add all-purpose flour into the pan and stir until well combined. Gradually add milk and whisk.
5. Add macaroni, salt, and black pepper into the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Transfer (5) into a casserole dish (oven-proof dish). Put some shredded cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle some parsley on top.
7. Enjoy!
