We made the following in the class. ◎Two kinds of rice balls made with Shinmai •Tuna miso mayo onigiri •Okaka(bonito flakes) onigiri ◎Tamagoyaki ◎Spinach with sesame dressing We actually made bonito flakes using a bonito flaker/shaver(?), tasted and compared with supermarket's bonito flakes.
