#20daysofmovement day 20!!! -eka pada koundiyanasana

start in downward-facing dog. step left foot forward and next to right hand. bend elbows to bring shoulders to same height as elbows. rest thigh on tricep, look forward and engage core.
begin to inch left foot straight forward until you can fully lift toes off ground and point forward. with elbows still wrapping inwards and core engaged, lift toes off ground and point them straight backwards.
