Today's workout that literally made @naomilbailey, @vikkikelly and I collapse ?? We did circuits, each one was repeated 3 times. In between each circuit we did 150 skips. Everyone in the gym was staring at us thinking we were insane?
Circuit 1: 10 burpees, 10 plank push ups, 20 high knees
Circuit 2: 10 sprints, 12 press ups, 15 mountain climbers.
Circuit 3: 12 jumping lunges, 20 froggers, 10 squat and press.
Circuit 4: 10 jump squats, 10 walking lunges, 5 walk outs.
Circuit 5: 30 second sprint, 10 clap push ups, 20 jumping jacks.
Circuit 6: 10 crunches, 10 reverse crunches, 10 bicycle crunches. ???
