#ModifiedMondays begins Monday September 1st. The weekend prior to Monday each of our wonderful hosts will be posting their modification before or on Monday. We would love to see your pose modification or try out one of ours. The idea of this challenge is to teach each other and to dive deep into each pose. You could take a pose to an advanced variation, or take a step back and do a prep pose and explain why, or you could give a great exercise to help strengthen or open the muscles prepping for this pose. The use of props is highly encouraged for this challenge.
