Just wanted to share my clients transformation with you guys. This is @judy_dewolf_npc and her great 3 months progress.
On the left side you can see her first Competition ( she was prepping with different coach, getting 10th place), on the right side her 3 months after ( prepping with me) and getting 2 place in her class! We did some major changes in her diet, we changed her training a lot as well, we did work a lot on her posing, I also styled her myself ( hair, makeup)
As you can see in bikini every little detail matters. Not only you have to have great condition and confident posing on stage. You can see how much of a difference even hair style makes.
Ladies, pay attention to every detail while getting ready to step on stage, make sure your hair are done, makeup nice and very bright. This is not only about your physique. If you want to win it has to be the full package!

Мы не только поменяли ее диету, тренинг, много раз отрабатывали позирование. Пришлось изменить весь ее образ на сцене и как вы можете видеть, разница очевидна! Насколько все-таки важно быть полностью подготовленный к выходу на сцену. Не только форма должна быть идеальной, но и четко отработанное позирование и макияж и прическа, все должно быть продуманно до мелочей.
