I'm so ready for this busy day, full of awesome events, such as training my beautiful girls. As far myself I'm taking today off from training. I haven't had days off for good 7 days. Overtraining ain't good for ya, by over taint yourself not only you are not getting results, you also starting feel tired all the time, no energy to workout, your appetite goes up. So even if you are extremely dedicated to your training, don't forget to give your body some rest and it'll respond so much better to your regimen afterwards. ?
