This Yoga Challenge is for ALL LEVELS!  We are going to take the month of February and work on flexibility!  Here is how it works:  We (@キノ・マクレガ― and @beachyogagirl) will be posting a video every night starting on January 31st.  We will give options for those less flexible but post ANY picture you want that is similar to the pose or your “progress” in the posture is all that matters.  This challenge is to help all of us stay accountable, be inspired, and to grow as a YOGA COMMUNITY on Instagram.

@ALO Yoga will be generously giving away prizes for those who are posting daily!  Here is how to enter this challenge:

1.Repost this photo and post to your Instagram account.
