I met him today at the LA fitexpo. He greeted me as I was leaving, so nice and eager to share his inspiring story ... Little did he know how excited I was to meet him and partake in a moment that I won't ever forget.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter how popular you are or how many likes you get. What matters is how big your heart is and who you've made a positive impact on. I'm so humbled by everyone I met today at the LA fitexpo. You truly have no idea how special meeting all of you is to me! You guys are the real inspiration.

If you ever see me at a fitness expo, in the gym or on the street, don't ever hesitate to stop me and say hello. I love meeting all of you guys in person. As excited as you are to meet me, I'm just as excited and honored to meet you! Thank you everyone for your love and support.
