Here I am - 4 years later, writing this post for all of you, encouraging you to believe in yourself. You're destiny is entirely up to you. Only you are in control of your life. Don't put blame on why you haven't reached your goals on past hardship. Instead you should used that to make you strong. You should recycled that pain to make you successful.

Work hard, believe in yourself and have faith that the dots will connect for your future. You have to trust in something... your gut, your destiny, your abilities. If you believe in yourself, it will give you the confidence to follow your heart... To follow your dreams... To live a life with a purpose. Don't forget that your time on earth is limited. Life moves so quickly. This is your life, not your friends, not your parents, not anyone's else's but yours.

Here I am - 4 years later and I'm the face of one of the greatest movements in fitness this industry has ever seen! Through years of sacrifice, consistency, belief and hard work - I'm am able to wake up everyday and inspire thousands and thousands of people who share my passion and want to live to reach their greatest potential.
