Seeing as it's #tracykisstuesday I thought I'd share with you a throwback snap to just after I had my breast reconstruction, 18 months ago I was heartbroken from becoming a single parent, weak from surgery after my old PIP Breast implants collapsed and healing my body mind and soul to make sense of life again. I hadn't worn a bikini in years, had zero body confidence or belief in myself and was at the biggest crossroads of my life.
