Day 15 #LetsGETFlexyIn2015 is Urdhva Dhanurasana, Full Backbend. Alignment is more important than forcing yourself deeper. Draw the thighs towards eachother, press into the big toes and track the knees over the feet. Straighten the arms, draw the elbows towards eachother and track the hands in alignment with the shoulders. Avoid winging the elbows to the side or crunching the lower back. Create space between the joints of the spine, engage the pelvic floor and draw the lower belly in. Check my YouTube channel for full tutorials.
