Day 10 #LetsGETFlexyIn2015 is Viparita Dandasana, Inverted Staff Pose. A powerful upper back opener, this pose will stretch your triceps and bring your backbend out of the lower back and into your upper back. To build the foundation press the elbows down and straighten the legs. Keep the lower belly drawn in, the pelvic floor engaged and the quads active.
