Here are some tips for you guys on how to pic yogurt.
I personally love yogurt, I make salad dressing with greek yogurt, I add it to my pancakes, I cook with it. For the most part I get non fat greek yogurt. If I want to add some flavor, I mix it with fruits, berries, add some sweetener or protein powder, some nuts, you can experiment a lot!
Sometimes I get flavored yogurt and here things get tricky. You look at the packaging and it says 0 fat , so you think it healthy, but most of this yogurts packed with sugar ( average 20-26 gr sugar) , so don't get fought, always check sugar content before you b flavored yogurt.
Look for Chobani Simply 100, it tastes great , has only 100 kcal, and 11 gr of carbs, 15 gr of protein per serving, it's perfect pre workout snack.
