One of the final meals from my week using @freshfitnessfood - chicken, rice and veggies! Balanced and yummy. ? They took my macros and delivered delicious meals to my doorstep each morning which met my requirements. Sure, the meals were tasty but the main reason I loved them was the convenience element. It saved me SO much time being able to grab meals out the fridge and run to work/meetings! Honestly, I wouldn't use a service like this all the time as I love to cook for myself. However - I would definitely use it during hectic/stressful times or for a few days a week. I can see how busy people working in the city would love it ? #girlgains #freshfitnessfood #mealprep
