How to get back to your routine after vacation So you went on amazing trip, of course you relaxed, enjoyed good food ( not always healthy) , had few drinks here and there and most likely didn't workout. Which is totally fine, sometimes we all need to relax and just have fun! BUT! It's very important to go back to your healthy routine as soon as you come back from your trip. NEXT DAY! Don't wait, don't give yourself few more days to relax, this isn't going to work! The longer you relax, the more difficult will be getting back on track. Here are some tips for you: ✅Next day upon your arrival start with one hour of cardio and abs training ( you need some good sweat to get rid of extra water in your body) ✅ Hit some heavy weight! Put this extra glycogen into work! ✅ Prep your food for the next 3-4 days and have all your meals ready to go, so you don't have a choice, but to eat your prepped food ✅ Get back to your regular calorie intake you had before the trip ( don't cut too many calories or don't try to do very low carb diet, remember , moderation is key) After the trip you might feel little softer due to extra water in your body and few extra lbs, but once you get back to regular balanced diet it'll all go away within few weeks ✅ Drink lots of water throughout a day ✅ Stay on top of your game, don't allow yourself any cheat meals for the next 2 weeks, keep your diet clean ( you had enough during your vaca ?) ✅ Stay positive and believe in yourself, cause you are strong, dedicated person and you can do it! ? #anyastar #workout at @completebodygym ?
