I have fond memories of Catholic High School, and especially my old principal, Brother Joseph Dufresse. So I was very happy to join old boys, teachers and guests to celebrate Catholic High School's 80th Anniversary last night, and to pay tribute to Brother Joseph. He was strict with us, but he cared for all his students, and was not just our principal but our friend.
Principals and teachers like Brother Joseph play a vital role moulding us into the adults we become. A big thank you to our school leaders, teachers, alumni, parents and SMC members for your dedication and service. May you continue your good work, and nurture many more leaders and bilingual scholars for Singapore. - LHL
