Booty Building ? Here is yet another glute and leg exercise that I often use on my clients - 3 stage lunges followed by pulses ?? Try doing 8 reps on a leg followed by 10 pulses at the bottom of the movement before switching to the other side. Be sure to focus on pushing through the front heel to get the most bum activation ?
