8 week challenge ?? Today marks day one of an 8 week challenge I am setting myself along with my coaches @awillis1515 @alexjamesritson. 8 weeks of consistency and hard work, with the help of @freshfitnessfood. At the end of January I am shooting the campaign for my new activewear collection with @sports_philosophy and I want to be looking at my best ?? Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my body now but I like to have a challenge and a goal. I have chosen the hardest time of the year to do this sort of task. Christmas is coming up. I'm going abroad twice. I have 3 weekends away. There's birthday parties galore. Plus, I have an injured ankle which means no cardio. However... I am still going to give this my best shot! ? I want to document this here on Instagram and also show my meals and workouts on snapchat: zanzapan. I will be sharing how I cope with the festive season and social occasions.
