Friday night fun ? I spent my evening with my two best friends and business partners hosting one of our best @thegirlgains events yet at @transition_zone! The workout was diverse, the atmosphere was amazing, the knowledge that was shared was in depth and fascinating. There was a squat and deadlift workshop, loads of yummy food, talks and Q&As. I left this evening feeling empowered and inspired, it is amazing to meet so many women who are positive, uplifting and eager to learn ??
