Here's the thing, I love doing plank rows but I never felt like I was getting the full benefit because the kettlebell or dumbbell would hit the ground before my arm could fully extend. So, I solved my problem! This is actually a lot harder than doing it on the ground. It forces you to keep your core more engaged because you can fully extend your arm at the bottom. Something to remember while doing this exercise is to keep your hips level.
