Exciting news! ? I have designed a series of challenging BOOST Bootcamp workouts with @adidasuk ?? They are made up of weighted and body weight circuits to push you out of your comfort zone and make you sweat! The first video went live today on the @adidasuk Facebook page and there will be lots more content across their social media and mine throughout this month! ?? I don't want to gush, but this is a pretty huge deal for me. When I started out in the fitness industry I looked at Adidas and wished I could work with them, but never thought I would get the chance. Yet here I am a year later, after working my arse off I am achieving goals I never imagined I would! It goes to show that the long hours, late nights, early mornings and minor meltdowns are all worth it ?? Social media and the opportunities it brings constantly boggle my mind.
