Sculpt great shoulders with this exercise! I love this lateral/front raise combo. Using the stability ball and cables you'll keep muscles engaged the entire time. Glutes and core should be tight. Notice my hips are up and the placement of the stability ball. You should be leading up with your elbows not letting your arms go higher than your shoulder. Try 12 total reps lateral to front back down to lateral counting as 1 rep.
