Sometimes I get comments from ppl on my social media "Are you deeply off season"
In fact, yes I am, I am so much off season and I don't know when I'm going to be competing again. I'm concentrating on my family and my clients at this time and enjoying Florida and my life! Yes, I am enjoying my life so freaking much right now, I have no desire to step on stage. Yes, I've lost my abs and definition, but I'm so happy and comfortable with myself right now.
Just 8 months ago I was afraid to have extra fruit, cause I "Couldn't afford to get extra fat" I was stressing out about my body so much, any physic that not stage ready was considered Fat for me. I would call it body image dysmorphia.
It took me months of Off Season to except Normal Body image and what's most important to start liking it.
We all have different standards of beauty, the most common mistake is to take in consideration other people standards and accommodating it.
Set out your own standards, find your own comfortable and attainable look and be happy in your skin and never pay attention to negative comments about your physique, because others opinion isn't your problem.
