I tweaked my back a week and a half before regional and to be honest me and my husband didn't knew if I was even going to be able to compete! I am so grateful for this guy (jason gridley)/(the wizard) who went above and beyond to fix me for regional and came to regional to keep me healthy as we went... I was really nervous about everything since I didn't touch any weight for over a week and half or really try any of the workouts.... Mission accomplished I am leaving regional pain free with a trip to the games and I don't think I could have done it without this guy and my husband! @denversportspine ... The team behind me that help me go through everything is truly amazing! Thank you so much ...
