Dreamiest location EVER this week for @liquidflowyoga new @oneoeight.tv classes! Practicing with Simon Park is like floating through the sea... Fluid. Playful. Free. He designed two classes especially for me called Free Flow For The Soul and Sunset Free Flow. I feel so blessed to be here! Classes are coming to www.oneoeight.tv soon.

If there is one word I can use to describe myself and my current state of mind, it's FREE. I feel so free. Free to be me, free to love, free to be weird, free to take up space, total free-spirited surrendered beautiful FREEDOM! I do everything exactly the way I want it right now. The most important thing is that I feel good and whatever needs to happen to accommodate that I create. I don't make any plans whatsoever because if I change my mind in the moment I need to be able to. If I want to show up, I'll show up! That's just the way it is. If I'm not enjoying a conversation, I leave it. If I don't want to take a meeting I cancel it. If I don't want to leave the house I stay home all day. If I want my furniture placed differently I rearrange the whole house. I eat exactly what I want to eat but stop the moment I'm full. I walk barefoot, skip make-up because I'm feeling gorgeous without and wear dresses that have been hidden away in my closet for years because I didn't feel they "fit" me before. Before every decision, every action I stop and ask "is this what my heart wants?" - if the response is a resounding Y E S, I do it. Im setting clear boundaries for who is allowed in this sacred space and it feels AMAZING! I'm realizing just how much time I have spent in the past doing things because it's "the right thing to do" or because society or etiquette tells me so. Well, fuck it! I'm done compromising my own wellbeing to accommodate the world. My only priority right now is me and I intend to cultivate this freedom as intensely as I can for as long as possible. The truth is; when I am living freely and embracing my own truth, I shine. When I shine, others shine too. The world becomes a better place when we step into our own.
