HIGH//LOW med ball circuit! 4 rounds for time! If you need to modify the push up alternate between push ups on your knees and plank with 4 shoulder taps. Absolutely MINIMAL rest in this circuit. This reason it's called HIGH//LOW is because the two middle exercise is a low intensity circuit so use that exercise as your rest
Push ups-HIGH
Lunges- LOW
Hamstring curls- LOW
Burpee wall balls- HIGH
45 seconds on - MINIMAL REST
