Barbell Bum Circuit ??? Exercise 1: 30 seconds each side
Exercise 2: 16 reps alternating which leg you life first
Exercise 3: 30 seconds
Exercise 4: 10reps for front squat and 10 for back squat alternating. Pulse 3 times for each!
