Chin Ups ?? One of my biggest fitness goals was being able to achieve this challenging exercise and it feels amazing to control my own body weight. I am pretty heavy with long levers so it's tough for me. I can currently do 5 in a row with a full range of motion (I see an awful lot of people half-repping. I could probably do 10+ reps if I did that! ??). When you're training for chin ups - make sure you're working on building strength at every point in this exercise - not just the top of the movement. This will not only allow you to complete the exercise with good form but also develop even more muscular strength throughout your back, biceps and core ??
