My first crossfit experience! ?? Today I popped into @crossfitwanderlust_bali for an evening session. I've never done crossfit before and I've heard mixed reviews, but I am always up for trying new approaches and learning from others. It was well and truly out of my comfort zone but I honestly really really enjoyed it! We started off with mobility work before a strength workout of: 1 push press, 2 push jerks and 3 front squats every 90 seconds for 15 minutes. Then we did a conditioning circuit of 15 KB swings, 15 squats, 15 pull ups & 60 skips; 4 rounds for time. I loved the challenge and I definitely learnt a lot of tips, tricks and techniques.
