ゼラチンより寒天パウダーの方が堅さの調整ができるのでオススメですよ！しかし、パーティーで絶対盛り上がること間違いなしだけど…トマトジュースを入れた途端に… .
【材料】
寒天パウダー
インスタントコーヒー
赤・青着色料
牛乳寒天の素
球体の製氷器
トマトジュース ○手順
1.インスタントコーヒーと寒天パウダーをお湯で溶き黒目部分を作ります。一滴製氷器にたらします。
2.赤・青それぞれの着色料と寒天パウダーをお湯で溶き黒目にかぶせるようにかけます。
3.牛乳寒天の素をお湯で溶き型全体に流し入れます。
4.フタをして冷蔵庫で約1時間冷やし固めます。
5.型から取り出し盛りつけて完成です！
