Handstand Progress ?? I'm slowly slowly getting there! Today @mikeleept and I focused on building my stability against the wall and then slowly bringing my legs away from it. We also worked on my core strength and my shoulder mobility; both things which are inhibiting my handstand progress a little ?? I think it's insane how I've gone from never doing gymnastics to feeling so comfortable upside down.
