In honor of #NationalGreenJuiceDay, we're sharing the recipe that got it all started! Many people ask us why we like to blend our produce instead of juice—well, truth be told, we love both for different reasons. Green smoothies stole our heart because in addition to all the amazing nutrients you get with juicing, you also get a healthy dose of fiber to help keep you full + keep your digestive system happy. Plus, you can blend protein + healthy fats along with your produce to make your smoothie a full-blown meal!

BEGINNER'S LUCK GREEN SMOOTHIE | Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup spinach, fresh
1 cup water
.5 cup pineapple*
.5 cup mango*
1 banana peeled
*Tip: Use at least one frozen fruit to make your smoothie nice and cold!

DIRECTIONS:
1) Place spinach and water in blender. Puree until smooth.
2) Add fruit and blend again.
