Glute Recovery ? Everyone wants a peachy butt, myself included. But training your glutes repeatedly without supporting recovery is a recipe for disaster. You can develop muscular tightness and imbalances, and even injure yourself. I talk about this at length in my book (currently on sale for £5.99!) but for ease, here are three glute stretches you can add into your routine. These are great used post workout for 30 seconds minimum per stretch. Really focus on breathing into the muscle and consciously relaxing into the position.
