Once a week I like to incorporate plyometric legs it helps me bring my legs down since that's where I carry the most weight. Fast paced jumping exercises work well for me with little to no breaks. My quads were on fire, heart rate was high and I was sweating like crazy. If your legs are your issue try adding one day of plyometrics. ???????????????
