the nature of good ingredients - so simple they may seem even unremarkable but in fact are very far from it. elemental in form- together are transformed and become a delight, nearly a delicacy - the spicy crisp radish slices with a bit of the seasons first creamy sweet butter and a sprinkle of sea salt, on sourdough with a little green onion & lots and lots of herbs. Dill being my long standing favorite & in my opinion very under appreciated -as if they were made for each other. tastes like spring.
